Registration and Accommodation fees

We will propose a full package fees which include :

1/ the inscription fees,
2/ the abstract proceedings,
3/ the conference and tutorials attendance,
4/ the hotel accommodation during 4 nights (Sunday 07 June, Monday 08 June, Tuesday 09 June and Wednesday 10 June),
5/ all lunches and dinners during the 3 days of the conference,
6/ all coffee breaks,
7/ the excursion with a traditional banquet.

These fees will be :

          * 400 euros ( €) for students – in a shared double room or 460 euros ( €) in a single room.
          * 425 euros ( €) for academic researchers – in a shared double room or 485 euros ( €) in a single room.
          * 500 euros ( €) for industrialists – in a shared double room or 560 euros ( €) in a single room.

The registration deadline and the payment modalities will be announced as soon as we publish the list of the accepted abstracts.

Additional accommodation fees for Participants, Accompanists and Listeners:

          * 15 euros ( €) per night per person as a single supplement.
          * 45 euros ( €) per night per person for full-board in the hotel conference in a double room.
          * 40 euros (€) per night per person for full-board in the hotel conference in a Triple room.
          * 60 euros (€ per night per person for full-board in the hotel conference in a single room.

These fees include the full board accommodation ONLY, accompanist’s accommodations are the same as the participants in the hotel of the conference.

These fees are available for the pre and post conference days of the conference date.

Additional excursion fees for Accompanists and Listeners:

          * 70 euros (€) per person for the excursion with a traditional banquet.

The excursion includes :

          - A visit to Ong Jamel where was made the « Star Wars » film,
          - A visit to Chebika and other sightseeings,
          - A cascade with 4*4 in the Tunisian desert,
          - A dinner in a Berber tunt with folk and dancing animation.

The conference hotel will be 4km far from Tozeur International Airport. We are arranging Airport shuttles to the hotel (more information will be provided before the conference time)
